A few years back I was desperate enough to do anything to make money. I didn't know how to program or do anything hq enough to be noticed. So this way was probably my best way to make some money to work on larger projects to make cash. The tutorial is kind of scuffed, but I bet you can figure it out or tweak it to the way you like.

1 - about osint for people data you can use some things specific by country like:
   - https://start.me/p/kvAQBk/osint-resources-by-country
   - https://github.com/wddadk/OSINT-for-countries

2 - for calls you can use a voice changer like https://www.clownfishvoicechanger.net/ I already use it for game trolls and stuff like that

I think some things here are specific to the north american context so you will have to adapt to your context and be creative too. In general, they are good ideas to make someone's life hell . thanks mate
