Hi all, I'm in search of an admin/employee credential for accessing https://www.icvnl.gob.mx
I want to purchase a login (username + password) or any access in general with admin permissions to this website or any other state in Mexico, this one specifically is for the state of Nuevo Leon.
The objective is to be able to download, extract, or consult any driver's licenses from them. The main way to search for a specific driver's license is by searching someone's CURP,
which is an 18-character alphanumeric identifier for all Mexican citizens and legal residents in Mexico.

Requirements:
- The seller must provide proof that they have access. (More details in private)
