It won't, the only criteria for the anti-scammer AI to be successful is to waste scammer time and resources.

The main challenge with scammers is that it is a viable approach. There is so much money to be made, thus scammers exist.

Doubt this AI will make a change though. A lot of the scammers call first. They get super suspicious of people that call THEM. Kitboga, a scambaiting streamer, has a whole team just to find good scam companies that will answer and listen.

If the AI is scaled up and makes a ton of calls to the scammers, they will change strategy and never answer phone calls; they will only be the ones that initiate the calls.
