Registration in XSS is usually opened and closed periodically by the admins decision but I'm not sure why, I imagine that in a few weeks it will be reopened again
No amount of observations of white swans can allow the inference that all swans are white, but the observation of a single black swan is sufficient to refute that conclusion.

Is it closed again? It was open for several month. Next time dont waste your time and make 1000+ accounts?
Now it asks to change pw after login for all accounts. Maybe it was hacked.
