If you want to warm your head a little, definitely yes.
If you are looking for quick and fun entertainment, don't watch it, it's a trap.
In my personal opinion, it is a good piece of anime, although Isayama extended it too much, in my opinion. It must be taken into account that the original idea was to merge the mecha and zombie genres that were in full swing when Isayama started writing the manga.

i mean like, i watched it from the begining and its very good anime if you know the plot and the twist its a masterpeeice fr. I didn't watched it when it was finished i watched it when it's first episode got aired so yeah its not a trap for me .

it's definitely a good anime to watch, one of the disadvantages was that it took a long time for new episodes or seasons to be released, but as far as I know the last one is out, so you can watch it all at once without any problem.
