This is parsed csv from orders.sql of Eye4Fraud Database that you can find here: (along with a lot extra info)
Order.sql contain info about processed orders (Billing Info (Name/Address/Email/Phone..., same for Shipping Info, and some Customer Info)
The files are huge (~ 50GB unpacked), and each line contains info for 1000 records which makes it hard to search/extract single record
So i parsed each record in single line, excluding  records with duplicate email

Because in 99% of the cases Billing Info matches Shipping Info, i only parsed Shipping Info columns
From ~ 29M orders records, i've got 15M records with unique email
Included is:
BillingFirstName,BillingMiddleName,BillingLastName,BillingCompany,BillingAddress1,BillingAddress2,BillingCity,BillingState,BillingZip,BillingCountry,BillingPhone,BillingEmail
Total 14.9M lines, 0.5GB compressed, 1.5GB unpacked
My idea was to use it as 2023 USA CellPhone database (all phones and emails are verified), if you need other info(partial CC numbers, logins, pw, api tokens...), get it from original post and parse it yourself what you need, I don't need that shit.

As an aside, I have the original and was expecting to find my arch-nemesis (based on HaveIBeenPwnd.com) only to find that Troy Hunt's coding must be buggy because he WASN'T in the breach (although there were similar emails).

Nothing against this CSV. Just saying Troy Hunt sucks.

I also don't understand why the OP decided to remove the columns with passwords, IP addresses, BIN, bank card type and the last 4 digits of the credit card?
To me all this makes the data incomplete and crap
