There just talking shit like there president loves to do(especially the current one) If any come at all they are years away and what do you regulate? They don't even understand the tech so they can't regulate it how would they? AI can be trained anywhere on any computer with enough GPU power. Regulate the companies maybe but how? insist on checks to make sure the code isn't thinking for itself or some kind of monitoring? It's not all bad either though to make sure some fucking whack off company doesn't create a program that can think for itself(if that ever becomes possible) because if they do where living in terminator lol.
