From the one file I looked at, its from the Los Angeles, CA police dept. Can't get one other file, because he used some ignorant file sharing service (if you can call it a service, its totally FUCKED). This service will go down in 21 days, which means, it will no longer be good after that, so get it while its here. That is why I check the site "daily", so I don't miss shit, or have the FBI remove something. lol ! 
   He needs to get ALL these files (PDF's) into one posting & a better way of saving the download from going down after 21 days. Nothing wrong with the service he used (this one), I use it myself because they don't fuck with you, like the other one he used. But, on here, they will keep sending you a message that it gone down & you need to reload it. 
   Put every PDF file, into one zipped file & then reload them to a "longer lasting file sharing service". (but not the stupid shit he used the first time) lol !! 
   Its worth having if your collecting things on COPS & how they are running shit around Los Angeles.
