Not a manga or anime, but I always recommend the Destroyermen book series. It's 15 books detailing the story of a WW1 era American destroyer that gets transported to an alternate earth filled with all kinds of creatures, societies, and enemies. Very well written and developed, it has basically everything you want in an isekai.
