How the hell did ALPHV manage to un-seize their domain?

It's weird because they're going back and forth. Either way, I wouldn't trust the new domain unless their is proof of life or PGP verification.

For sure suspicious, but the first post on the new domain is the only post that was showing last week on their old domain when it all went down. But will need something more for proof of life or PGP before downloading again.
