Error when trying to connect to a postgresql database

im trying to connect to a database in order to dump it, i have all the credentials but for what i have saw, the local config of postgresql in the local computer where the database is hosted, the "listen_addresses" config is settled to specific ip's and this is causing me problems because I can't log into the database with my actual ip, what can i do? Need your help guys

Hey, Am going to search about it to help u, my advice, use mysql, I had 2 a lot of problems with Postgresql, it really s4cks, can u be more specific with ur problem, send m a Dm message
