The scrape was carried out at the beginning of CNFAN in 2024. There are 260,535 lines of connect to French number data, including first names, last names, addresses, and phone
(I noticed several errors in the scrape index)

I've crosschecked the phone numbers with some of my db's and it looks legit.
On 260.534 lines, we have 189.473 french "+33" phone numbers but only 94.137 french postal addresses (53k Netherlands, 50k Romania, 22k Sweden, 13k Switzerland, etc.).
