Fix nitter instance to not redirect to f.sb

Because this forum is a near/exact identical copy of the original bf, shoutbox and other places on the site will redirect Twitter links to the original Nitter instance (nitter.f.sb) which we all know is dead. Because of this, all Twitter links will not work on this site without going to a dead URL.
This significantly impacts UX. Pls fix kthx

Who the fuck uses Twitter anyway? Good suggestion though. Again, super easy to implement, not sure why @ShinyHunters is so fucking lazy.
