Requirements
- Unlocked, eSIM-capable device.
- Country/carrier locks must be removed before purchase.
- iPhones purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau don’t support eSIM.
- Samsung phones sold in Taiwan don’t support eSIM.
- Some Korea-sold Samsung models support eSIM only if that model includes an eSIM module.

- Apple: iPhone XS/XR and newer (incl. SE2/SE3, 11–15 series, 12/13/14/15 mini/Plus/Pro/Max). iPad mini 5+, iPad 7+, iPad Air 3+, iPad Pro 11 (all), iPad Pro 12.9 (3rd+).
- Samsung:
- Korea models: only those with eSIM (e.g., Z Flip 4/5, Z Fold 4/5, S23 series, A54 5G, Tab S9 series).
- International: Note20, S20/S21/S23 series, Z Flip/Z Fold, A34 5G, A54 5G.
- Google: Pixel 4/4XL/4a, 5/5a, 6/6 Pro/6a, 7/7 Pro/7a, 8/8 Pro, Pixel Fold.
- Others: Motorola Razr (all), Nuu X5, Huawei P40/P40 Pro/Mate 40 Pro, Xiaomi 12T Pro, 13 series.
How to check lock status (iPhone)
- Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock
- If it says “No SIM Restrictions,” you’re good.
- Status: Up-to-date and active.
- For any activation issues, support is available via Session.
- You will receive a PDF voucher with your eSIM details.
- Activate your data by scanning the QR code or entering the manual activation codes on iPhone or Android.
