a github pages account can be as anonymous as your account is here and would be my personal recommendation.

you can try services like tiiny.host or Netlifly, but personally dont recommend a free hostings to work. If some service dont ask you money, its possible that your will pay with your privacy.
I would try other hosting services that guaranteed privacy and accept crypto

If you only need it to support HTML, you can use neocities. It's open-source and donate based. Lots of privacy freaks (like digdeeper) use it, so assume it's private enough if you wanna make a little blog.
I guess you can use it and customize through tor, if that doesn't work, you could use a VPN like mullvad.
