Maybe I can share 5 of what I watched with some notes.

1. Sword Art Online (SAO):

I know some may groan to see this title. But hey, it's not bad after all. Just imagine you are trapped in Virtual  MMORPG world where you can't log out - your life at stake (read: if you die in this game, you are dead in real life). The series expanded to few universe. Days ago just found out the original storyline was rewrite into "Progressive". Maybe you will find plot holes in the SAO but it was explained or told in the light novel.

2. Konosuba

Anti Isekai Anime. It makes fun of reincarnation - usually the main character will have endless power and perks but not the Konosuba. A bunch of misfits with hilarious adventures.

3. Gintama

This - King of Parody - not even Bleach or Dragonball spared. It's a good anime. Though the basis is - trolls and parody, it worth to watch.

4. Tengen Toppa Gurenn Lagan

TTGL - mecha but not the gundam like mecha. I want to tell you about the story line but I don't want to spoil at the same time. But I can assure you this is a nice anime has impacted many since its release 15 years ago. And the "Libera me" from hell OST really awesome - a rap combined with opera.

5. Fullmetal Alchemist (FMA):
Two boys lost their body (one without a leg and an arm, other without body) while trying to revive their dead mother through alchemy transmutation technique. There are 2 different kind of time line:

a) FMA (2005) and then Conqueror of Shambala (the movie): This one quite deviate from the manga but darker.

b) FMA: Brotherhood - this one follow manga.

Trigger warning: In these two universe, you will hate a guy who done something to his dog and children.
