Meaning of bump and leeching

What's the meaning of bump? I see it in a lot of places. I also wanna know what counts as leeching and how it works. I saw a guy saying in one post he would report those who dont give a like but I dont see any option for giving a like

Leeching - Busking for credits or something without giving anything in return
