Reconstruct the text that has been redacted with pixelation

Another popular way is using the black "underline/highlight pen tool", this method can also be reverted by augmenting the contrast and/or brightness of the image.
The only effective way to redact a document is to use full black rectangles or leave out the portion of the document entirely.
