Seems very fishy.
If from a US company, it would be unlikely to use "postal code", and would be unlikely to have a county field (unless there were a lot more fields, or it was automatically added). And it it was a "real" source (bank, HR, etc.), they are not going to mix in website hits with their main user data like that!
So probably 2008 era scam "payday loans" website leads, with lots of old and dead in there.
That's why samples/source are supposed to be posted.
