Alphv A.K.A Blackcat was the one who hacked them 02/28/2024
Change Healthcare - Optum - UnitedHealth
unfortunately they exit scammed, they had a goldmine of data on their site, not just that and had a search engine to individually lookup files for download. now your best bet is to find somebody who has em, it would be worth it, for sure 100M SSNS.

What data could you be refering to thats worth more? its possible, but chance is unlikely as they exit scammed
