Hi! Today I am gifting you guys some information I hacked from the Intelligence and Communication Center of Hidalgo. Seguritech is in charge of a lot of this intelligence centers in the country and they do not have a single clue about basic cybersecurity.

The information includes a group of confidential archives regarding investigations and videotape solicitations, vehicle investigations, etc. So, be careful if you find Narco related names, phone numbers or names.

These are some examples.

You can download the files here.

User data from vulnerable API systems, including real time police reports, vehicle thefts and confidential user data, you can look at the register dates and see that I grabbed the data from today.

Json User data

User report data including pictures, videos and profile pictures.

User Archives

Their street camera intelligence system is also vulnerable, which let's us real time track vehicles marked for ongoing investigations and known criminal vehicles, also delete them or add our own.

Finally, some images about their databases.
