What should I do as beginner? I want to learn gradually new skills, starting from 0.

Well, you should learn about networking and systems. After that, you should learn CEH from the EC Council.

I don't care what other people may say on the topic but you *must* learn at least 1 low level programming language like C/GO/Rust/C++ and a scripting language like python/ruby/php and good understanding of JavaScript or whatever you will like to specialize on among what is already said so:
- Systems specially unix and windows Active Directory ( you can't find things to exploit if you do not understand them first better than the people who design and admin them ) you need to see what is out of place and what is miss-configured.
- Networking that is heavy tied to unix as well TCP/IP specially since most of the rest of networking are just higher level UI translating to TCP/IP and UNIX socket calls
- Programming, I will recommend C since most kernels are still in some shape of form in C and firmware and IOS devices but GO and Rust are two modern languages that can speak low level with modern features bake into them, GO is easy to learn and simple, I will even recommend this over python any time. But since you do have to understand how all things work you do will benefit you do not keep copy/pasting to learn ruby/python both are very easy to learn they were not made for programmers but for non-programmers like scientists so easy their calculations and jobs with out having to be full on software engineers.

That is my take on it.
There is an old book that touches all this most of it outdated but that does not matter because other than the technologies you need to learn the thinking and this book is perfect for that.. "Hacking the art of exploitation" <-- recommended for a start
