It is not known if Harris had an involuntary slip or if what he said was on purpose, there are people who think it was one or the other option. Who knows.

It was a slip up. The New York Post is a right wing new agency. They will use anything to discredit Biden, Kamala or any of the shitty dems. The US Government legally has to transcribe everything said during a speech that also includes mistakes and slip-ups. Also they use WordPress for their site so that should show how much of a "reliable news source" they are. Reuters and ProPublica are way better. Also if she were to actually believe reducing the population would be an effective way to curb the climate crises then she would not be supporting Biden's boarder polices.
