Does anyone keep a list of dead mirrors?

Small workflow question: when a mirror dies on a database you were tracking, do you just drop it, or do you keep a 'graveyard' list of dead links so you can diff new drops against what was already out? I keep running into the same files under new names and it would save time if there was a shared index of dead mirrors.
