i wouldnt say reality but for me my dreams are moreso an overreaction of my brain, or my brain on steroids
like if im paranoid about something, ill dream about being paranoid about it but to a rate of 100x worse to where its actually completely unrealistic
my dreams are just so absolutely random and make so sense.
