do not need to buy'em cause
you will find tons of classes in youtube
and leaked courses groups on telegram

but at the start, go check 'try hack me' and
'hack the box'

those are online pratical classes with free plans

Depends where the stuff is selling. Dumping isn't that hard. But if you looking to buy check the authenticity (from sample) and the freshness of data.

Honestly, a good way of doing it would be to master injections and a good of knowledge of how databases works and how are they stored.

There are so many different ways to do that and also different ways for people to learn, it might take some time to get started with it so I don't recommend doing it unless you actually like doing it like I do for example. Anyways, I am a shitty coder but I understand web languages somewhat good + I never did any courses etc but just started to watch random tutorials of people targeting live targets and of course learning how web requests and basic stuff like that works. Good luck and try to find the best way for you!

Also I just wanted to say all that because many people say that you need to be a master coder and use Kali linux which is kinda bs. Of course those skills will help a lot, I don't deny that haha
