Is there a data breach of websites like Quora with discussions that we can use to train an AI?

what kind of data you are looking for? incase you need entire web crawl you can start with common crawl database its freely available.

Do keep in mind that training AI models, depending on the scope and how powerful you want the model to be, can also require your computer to do a lot of work in addition to the memory required. I have played around with AI models, and some of them can be quite bulky
