Hello all, @Dounglebill just scammed me, he is not to be trusted.  We had an agreement he too the bitcoin and acted like we did not have an agreement.  Do not trust this person.  He claims to sell vpn access but only tries to take advantage of people.  i would like him to be banned if possible.

I never scammed him!! He claims he has seen offers on here which is low as 25$ so that’s his offer and no one sells at that rate and also I never mentioned my price too...I even requested middleman with him, as shown in screenshots...I told him to add the rest of lil $ so I can send him access...he kept saying other things!!! Why did he reject mm in the first place? If he knew this is what will happen?

This seems pretty simple.

It looks like @Jeffzzz sent $25 to @Dounglebill , based on the "I can do ur offer" response when he said he would give $25 for access. Most likely, @Dounglebill meant he would start at that offer but looking for an either to work out the deal in full (multiple access, or negotiate) and instead the buyer sent the first $25 already.

If $25 is all that was sent, @Dounglebill just refund the money. It's that simple.
