Scam report against Hosttb.ru & Denialbot.

Have been in touch with them for a dedicated server and BGP session for announcing subnet without LOA (urgent request).
Sales team have been very friendly and answered fastly but since we made the payment (73,99$) they ghosting us.
Support have been in touch 3 days later after payment to inform us that the product that we order was OOS (after the installation ? no sense ?). We paid 59$ extra for a better configuration in stock and 120minutes delivery, since we made second payment no more news...

Of course we never received login details of our servers and BGP session is not UP.

They have claimed to respond when possible to this thread. I will give the appropriate time for them to respond. However all their sales threads have been removed till they respond/resolve this situation. This forum account is currently banned. Ban Length: Permanent (N/A Remaining)

It's been two weeks now, we've been plenty patient. @ DenialBot has once again been reminded to respond and resolve this dispute. They've been in communication when ive prompted them so there wasn't an immediate ban but now its time to resolve this. I understand there were real life issues, but I think @ DrBisoun0urs is entitled to a full refund. Failure to resolve this will result in a ban. This forum account is currently banned.
