Thanks for comment! To clarify, Home Center is basically Israel's Home Depot. The leak is the database of their e-commerce website (homecenter.co.il). Israel doesn't have a huge population like the US, China, or India, so 150k Israeli users does make sense for a company like Home Center, and is also a good percentage of the Israeli (active) society.

After our breaches (and our wiping operation on the 16th of November), the Israeli government enacted a new emergency law allowing the government to forcefully take over the incident response of any breach that happens to an Israeli company, EVEN if the company doesn't agree to it!
