Rooted. The last bit was pretty tricky if you arent very familiar with docker, and none of the portainer documentation so much as mentions this. You need to add driver options to the volume, specifically . Then you should be able to access it within the container

type            none


After get any id like : sha256:ca2b0f26964cf2e80ba3e084d5983dab293fdb87485dc6445f3f7bbfc89d7459 to create container and use this for volume mapping:

/mrt/root

you will gonna find the root.txt on root mnt mounted folder (/mnt/root/root)

where do you have to create volume ? Im in the console of the docker container

You need to select + add drive option, then specify: name: device, value: /; name: o, value: bind; name: type, value: none, then proceed to create container
