  1. Remove auto-scroll
  2. Add a reply button for mobile
  3. Fix the fucking mobile ui for Shoutbox
  4. Fix the fact that you have to refresh 4 times to view shoutbox
  5. Remove one of the settings buttons, theres legit 2 of them
6. Add autofill usernames from the online bar

Can't you hold to reply on mobile? I know that was a feature in the old shoutbox. Or maybe it was to PM people? I can't remember.
