I understand that but the fact is that I pay YOU for a service that it might not work properly for a while that can happen. The fact is that I have not received any response after 1 month after reporting.

Words with no value over and over again. If you were a good businessman you had 2 options:

1. You do a follow up after 1 month, you don't give a damn about your service. I bet if I send you a message now that you can earn 100K you will also put your 'life' on hold for a while.

2. You give me the option to give the amount back, it doesn't matter if it's 5 or 10 usd

again your service and words are worthless. go flip some burgers maybe that will work out better for you
