It's being shoved into every product that's ever been conceived without care. Especially customer service!

I had to get a refund on an amazon sd card reader and the retailer was an automatic chatGPT and it gave me 3 completely incorrect solutions to my problem.
Gone are the days we can talk to a actual person in customer service that can understand context.

Funny how all the fun stuff is being taken by AI but all the shit - doing dishes, cleaning, etc., still remains a human task

I think the market is cluttered. A lot of tools have not been made public yet to avoid chaos of identity theft, spoofing, hacking and alot of other issues.

AI can help me write code and find information faster, which is what I like most about it, but I don’t want it to be used in liberal arts such as art and writing because it will generate more worthless information on the Internet.
