I find anime plots veering wildly off into batshit territory sometimes. Watched Samurai Champloo again recently. Really basic plot, but it hits so fricken' hard.

Might check this out if it's not going to be too wild.

Honestly, I enjoy anime for the story, although some people often argue about the studio or the lack of characters, I think as long as it doesn't interfere with the anime, I don't mind.
