If someone posts data from 2011 and says it's from 2021, how can you expect that they will keep it online over a year?

Try using your brains a bit. If these are title changes... that means that someone sold a car to someone else. So why is there only one person for each car? Is it the buyer or seller? What company has data on one party but not the other, and not even the sales price?

And if you have access to more scammer's VIN data like this, the big question is how people can appear multiple times. If the scammer called this "oil changes", maybe seeing the same name/car pop up a few times would be normal. But who sells a car in 2011, buys it back in 2016, sells it in 2020 and buys it again in 2021?
