You can verify this in two ways, the first is the simplest, run a background check on the victim's information, see if the address birthdate and other information is consistent. 2 Use FULLZ for some tests that require identity verification, such as registering PP CASHAPP BA, etc. You can also use a credit report for verification, the credit report requires the victim's identity information, if the SSN information is incorrect, you can not pass the verification
