Right now I'd say the same, especially seeing Charli XCX success, though the Nordic countries have a history of great international producers (Max Martin) and artists with a wide audience like Robyn etc.

If you're talking about current music, for my musical taste (techno), I would say Germany.

But if it's from the 2000s onwards, definitely the USA (Notorious, Redman, Tribe Called Quest, Wu Tang Clan etc.)
