I can only comment on his voice, and not his personality. People who say justin can't sing usually is not a singer themselves. Justin CAN sing. The problem is with his bad habits that make his voice really inconsistent. You can see his vocal ability compilation on the youtube. The guy is pretty good singer, when he's doing it properly.
