i am not sure if there is any specific software for this. if your database is in text format and not really really big, you can use regex to filter out email addresses. if it's too big, i guess i am afraid you'd have to write your own parser for that

The usual python script made by chatGPT works, sometimes needs manual modification tho, don't know about any programs that can extract emails

Ripgrep on linux, keep all your databases in their folders and rg in the root directory to search all of them at the same time

python if its complex, bash with pipes and regex if its not

I create whatever I need via PHP usually, since each time is a custom job. A lot of people use python as well.
