My avatar is very ugly (i recognize that), but you can use any AI free/pay tool:

- The problem with a free tool is that your generated avatar will not be only for you and possibly the AI company will be use it for his purposes) :S

- The problem with a pay tool is that you must find any where you can pay with crypto (to ensure that you will dont give your personal to a any company)

Time ago I tested the bing tool and apparently works well, but of course, you cannot ensure that this "generated" images are uniques (im still not trust in AI)

Start with keywords of things you would like to be reflected in your avatar or styles you like, as mentioned, on pinterest there are several images and good resolution, you could create one yourself or use the great AI, good luck! hope you find one you like
