As for the security vulnerability, you tried it too, and you got a 403 error, you failed, right? You idiot, if you directly upload a file with .php extension, the system won't accept it anyway, that system is not as stupid as you, it is smarter than you.
Change the hex values of the php file using the above code, of course, do not change all the values like an idiot, the file will not work, just change the codes in the file format part, any security vulnerability will be exploited in a simple way like you did, idiot.
