Hello this is my first time posting here,

I would love to know if there's any way to learn how to breach and gain access to databases I'm really interested in it, and if there are any courses teaching that I would love to know.

Welcome.

I do not know how to breach databases, but if I wanted to learn how, I'd look at how others have done it in the past. I'm sure there are plenty "case studies" out there for you to learn from. I'm also sure that the skills are wide ranging from social engineering to more technical exploits.
