I think cyberwarfare will remain mostly a disruptive kind of thing but not a real strategic danger. I think that up until now, corporations and governments have largely managed to defend the super important stuff and at worst case kept some redundancy just in case (for example, all attacks that targeted electricity infrastructure managed to disrupt electricity only for a few hours). In anyway, targeting the real important, critical stuff will remain the capability of the most talented, exactly like today. Current cyberwarfare is mostly DDoS and stuff.
