I met a guy on TG and he is from here his name remains Anonymous he uses a kind of bot which sends logs in the form of a file when he hacks a site and he extracts username email number and password how that where to get this kind of tool and how much if you can do it at home how to bypass cloudflare servers

VPS ---> sqlmap ---> output-dir ---> zip file ---> send file using telegram hooks?

These are questions that have all their answers available online. You've got an outline of how the tool works, all you need to do now is learn how to build it. Youtube, google, and chatGPT can likely perform most of the heavy lifting in getting you started.
