antivirus has historically used signature base detection (where patterns in code are found and a signature is created and logged to a antivirus database. historically the best way to bypass these signature based detection has been to use encryption. as is the case in stuxnet one of most famous worms that was developed. however with edr i hear a lot of whitehats are having a hard time using encryption and even unhooking techniques these days what do you think is the future of malware development is. will it still exist in the future i hope so
