Rules & Guidelines
1
You may only post one advertisement every 24 hours. This limit applies regardless of what you are advertising.
2
If you are selling a product, your advertisement must include a direct link to your active sales thread on the forums. Advertisements posted without a forum sales thread link will result in a ban. This requirement exists to protect members from scammers.
1) General Rules
A)
Your account is solely your responsibility. You may not share your account with anyone. If your account is compromised, you are fully liable for any actions taken on it, regardless of who carried them out.
B)
Creating alternate accounts is not permitted without explicit prior approval from an administrator. Unauthorized alternate accounts will be banned.
C)
Soliciting donations from other members is not allowed under any circumstances.
D)
Scraping or automated data collection from the forums is prohibited unless you have received written approval from staff beforehand.
E)
Repeatedly asking or pushing to become a staff member is not allowed and will be recorded, negatively affecting any future staff applications you submit.
F)
Scamming a member, or attempting to do so, will result in a permanent ban with no possibility of appeal. If you are banned for scamming on any of the following forums, you will also be permanently banned here: cracked.io, nulled.to, xss.is, exploit.in, ogu.gg. This list may be extended to other reputable forums at staff discretion.
G)
Harassing other members is not allowed. Treat all members with basic respect. Targeted or repeated harassment will result in disciplinary action.
H)
Posting, sharing, linking to, or discussing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), rape, or animal abuse in any form will result in an immediate permanent ban and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
I)
Doxxing members is not allowed. The only exception is if the member has been permanently banned by staff (not through a self-ban), in which case doxxing may be permitted at staff discretion.
J)
Unlocking hidden content and redistributing it outside of this forum is not allowed. Databases may only be reshared via our Official CDN, provided the original credit to this forum is preserved in the archive.
K)
English is the only permitted language on this forum. Posts in other languages will be removed and repeated violations will result in punishment. This policy exists to ensure all content can be properly moderated.
L)
Automating or scripting interactions with the shoutbox or websocket is not allowed.
2) Posting Rules
A)
"Leeching" refers to members who only consume content without contributing anything in return. If you regularly reply to posts to unlock content without ever creating threads of your own, you risk being banned. This rule does not apply to members with a paid rank or purchased credits.
B)
"Empty Quoting" is quoting a post and submitting a reply that adds no value whatsoever, including replies as brief as just "Thanks." This is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass empty-quote restrictions will result in a permanent ban.
C)
Posting or attempting to post malware, regardless of how it is framed or described, will result in an immediate permanent ban with no right of appeal.
D)
Surveys, URL shorteners, referral links, and any other monetized link types are not allowed. This includes file hosting websites that pay you per download.
E)
Posting a partial leak as bait to drive traffic to a paid sales thread is not allowed. For example, posting 10,000 records of a database in the Databases section and directing members to a sales thread where the full database is for sale will result in removal of the thread and disciplinary action.
F)
You are permitted to discuss and mention other forums freely, including cracked.io, nulled.to, exploit.in, and xss.is. You may also advertise your own forum, provided you follow the advertising rules outlined in Section 3.
G)
Reposting content that already exists on the forums is not allowed. Before creating a new thread, use the search function to confirm the content has not already been posted.
H)
Thread titles must be clear and descriptive. Spam titles, clickbait titles, and titles stuffed with emojis or special characters are not permitted. Example of a prohibited title: "【☄️LEDGER.COM FULL SQL DATABASE☄️】【✔️FREE BITCOINS✔️】【✨UPDATED✨】". Write titles that accurately describe your content.
I)
You may bump your own thread once every 24 hours. Attempting to bypass this limit, including through alternate accounts or workarounds, will result in a ban.
J)
Repeatedly posting spam, nonsensical text, or content unrelated to the thread topic will result in a ban and deletion of all associated posts.
K)
Your first 5 posts require a captcha to be completed, unless you hold an upgraded rank.
3) Advertising Rules
A)
Using your avatar, signature, or user title to advertise is only permitted for members with MVP rank or above. Members without this rank may still advertise by posting a thread in the Marketplace section.
B)
Signature advertisements must only promote products or services that you own or are directly affiliated with. If a member is harmed by a product you advertise in your signature, you will be held responsible.
C)
All advertisement threads must be posted in the correct section. Product advertisements belong in the Marketplace section. Threads posted in the wrong section will be moved or removed.
4) Marketplace Rules
A)
Selling databases that are already publicly available is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify that any database you list for sale is not already public before creating a sales thread. Violations of this rule will result in an immediate ban. Warnings are not typically issued for this offense.
B)
Accusing another member of being a scammer in their thread or posts without providing proof is not allowed. If you have been scammed, report the member to staff with evidence so appropriate action can be taken and the thread can be removed.
C)
Proxy selling on behalf of another member is permitted, but you assume full responsibility for the transaction. If a buyer is scammed, you will be held fully liable, exactly as if the product were your own.
D)
Every sales thread must include a sample of the product being sold. Threads posted without a sample may be deleted by staff. If a staff member requests that you add a sample and you do not comply, you will be banned. This requirement exists to protect buyers from scammers.
E)
Creating multiple sales threads for variations of the same product is not allowed. For example, separate threads for "Facebook Scraped Data - Iran 12k", "Facebook Scraped Data - USA 421k", and "Facebook Scraped Data - UK 210k" would be considered the same product and must be consolidated into a single thread.
F)
If you are selling cracked lines sourced from databases, you must be able to demonstrate to staff that the lines are uniquely cracked and have not been previously published or distributed elsewhere.
G)
If you are selling data that has been checked against a specific platform (for example, phone numbers verified as active on WhatsApp), you must clearly state the original source of that data if the source is publicly known (for example, the Facebook scrape dataset).
H)
Purchasing data does not grant you the right to redistribute or leak it publicly. Leaking data you have purchased without explicit permission from the seller is grounds for a permanent ban.
I)
Selling any NSFW or pornographic content is not permitted. This applies to content you created yourself as well as content created by others.
5) Reputation System Rules
A)
Asking for, buying, selling, or trading reputation is not allowed. The only permitted exception is asking another member to leave reputation after a completed deal.
B)
Reputation must be given with a clear and valid reason. Vague or insulting reasons with no supporting context are not acceptable. If you are leaving negative reputation, you must provide a specific reason supported by evidence.
C)
Spamming reputation, either positive or negative, is not allowed. You may not leave negative reputation accusing a member of scamming without providing proof to support the claim.
D)
If you receive negative reputation that you believe is unfair, you are allowed to contact the member who left it and ask for clarification or request that they reconsider it.
E)
Subject to the rules above, you are free to leave reputation for any reason you see fit.
F)
Violations of the reputation rules may result in all positive reputation on your profile being wiped, as well as all reputation you have given to other members being removed.
6) Prohibited Activity
A)
The sale of drugs, weapons, or violence-as-a-service of any kind is strictly prohibited.
B)
Posting or selling credit card or debit card details is not allowed. Card data is only permitted if it appears as part of a larger database being shared legitimately under the applicable rules.
C)
Selling or distributing real identity documents, passports, licenses, or any other official government-issued documents is strictly prohibited.
D)
Any activity related to ransomware, including selling ransomware software, recruiting for ransomware operations, developing ransomware tools, or extorting victims, is prohibited.
E)
Selling drainer software or recruiting members for drainer campaigns is not allowed.
7) Impersonation and Username Policy
A)
Your username must not closely resemble another member's username or any username on our blacklist. Usernames that are likely to cause confusion with existing members will be changed or banned.
B)
Modifying your profile to resemble a staff member's profile is not allowed. This includes copying a staff member's profile picture, username color, or any other identifying elements.
C)
Pretending to be a staff member in any context is prohibited. This includes posting in scam report threads or other moderation-related threads as though you have staff authority.
D)
Registering a username that belongs to a well-known member on another forum (such as cracked.io, xss.is, or nulled.to) in order to impersonate them is not allowed.
E)
Your username must remain visible at all times. Changing your username color to match the background or otherwise making it appear invisible is not permitted.
F)
If your account has been inactive for 3 or more months and you do not hold a paid rank, staff reserve the right to reassign your username to another member upon request.
