Spotify won't have such technology on it, even though it's a wealthy company with so many rights and privileges.

It keeps on suggesting non liking songs to the user.

What do you suggest for a FOSS Alternative, you can share some platforms. I'm willing to switch over, spotify algorithm feels dead and not steer as the user likes it to.

same, lol. i recommend you go on youtube and go to an obscure song you like, you might also get some good recommendations if you want more.
