It is data in the public domain. I do not think that it would count as stealing. This data is not only used by businesses but also shared widely in telegram channels and elsewhere. They do not necesserily get all of their data from this forum.

They sue this forum, yes, and not only this one they also use LeakBase and other private sources, but the money you pay is because you dont have to store some TB's of data yourself and index them etc etc.
Probably not worth 2k but still worth for the correct people

in the end they are just another service, being more legitimate also affects how they provide their services, the information they publish, etc... they are two things that coexist, although the corporate version is always more accessible as it acts as a legal proxy in some way.
