Today I am sharing a complete database dump from an internal system of the Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PSTU / ПНИПУ), a major technical university in Russia.
The compromised asset is the accounting and monitoring service for student research work (НИРС), located at http://www.uchetnirs.bf.pstu.ru.
Data Specifications:
- Target URL: http://www.uchetnirs.bf.pstu.ru
- Country: Russia
- Breach Date: Late 2025
- Format: Clean UTF-8/CSV Tables
- Total Lines: 362,786 rows
- Unpacked Size: ~50 MB
